Obrecht named 2012 Salesperson of the Year

Farmers National Company, the nation’s leading farm and ranch management and agricultural real estate sales company has to announced that Jeffrey T. Obrecht, Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, of Iowa Falls, has been named the company’s 2012 Real Estate Salesperson of the Year.

The honor is awarded for excellence in performing real estate sales. Obrecht is one of more than 200 real estate agents at Farmers National Company working throughout a 24-state service area.

Since joining FNC in 2002, Obrecht has received numerous top sales awards, including the Real Estate Salesperson of the Year in 2007, 2010 and 2011.

UPS Store upgrades print equipment

The UPS Store, 125 W. Merle Hibbs Blvd, has recently purchased the Ricoh Pro 651EX Digital Color Production Printing Press and three other Ricoh digital printers/copiers.

“Everyone knows us for our packing and shipping services,” said Gary Thompson, The UPS Store owner. “With the new Ricoh customer walk-up machines and especially the commercial 651EX Color Production System, we’re upgrading and showcasing our full-service printing and document services capabilities. Our existing and new print customers will be impressed with the quality that these new generation digital machines offer.”

Professional printing services at The UPS Store include: color and black-and white prints; binding; lamination; finishing, and folding. can select from a variety of print products, including envelopes, forms, flyers, brochures, business cards, menus and more.

The purchase of the Ricoh 651EX Digital Printing Press is the logical next step since the purchase and incorporation of E & F Printing into The UPS Store in 2009.
