Iowa-Nebraska game moved to Saturday by pending storm
LINCOLN, Neb. – This week’s Iowa-Nebraska men’s basketball game has been moved to Saturday at 1 p.m. in Lincoln because of the winter storm expected to hit the Midwest.
The game originally was scheduled for Thursday night in Lincoln.
The Nebraska and Iowa athletic departments, along with the Big Ten Conference, announced the change Tuesday for the safety of the teams, fans and game-day personnel.
Fans with tickets for Thursday can use them Saturday.
The game was originally scheduled to be on ESPN2. Television information for Saturday’s rescheduled game will be announced later.
