Sabir Martin Mamor, 206 S. Third Ave. Apt. #3, made an initial appearance on a warrant for a probation revocation application. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 28. The court tentatively appointed, upon receipt of paperwork, Cindy Weber-Blair to represent Mamor in this matter before the court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
Max Benjamin Thomasson, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. The court appointed Merrill Swartz to represent him in this case. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by his parole officer as his calendar permits. No bond was allowed in this case.
Kenneth Ray Koehn, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-third offense charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. Aug. 14. Koehn was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office by 4 p.m. July 29 to sign a pre-trial release agreement. The court ordered Koehn to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days of today’s date.
Matthew James Mills, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a possession of alcohol under the legal age limit charge and a disorderly conduct charge. He pleaded guilty to both charges. On the possession of alcohol under the legal age limit the fine was $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330. The fine on the disorderly conduct charge was $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning Aug. 23 until the debts are paid.
