‘Fatal Attraction’ coming to the London stage

LONDON – Revenge thriller “Fatal Attraction” is the latest hit movie to get a stage adaptation, with a production opening in London’s West End early next year.

Producers announced Friday that former Royal Shakespeare Company chief Trevor Nunn will direct the play, based on the 1987 thriller starring Michael Douglas and Glenn Close.

The movie’s screenwriter, James Dearden, will write the stage version.
