Man breaks into Grundy County business
A Cedar Falls man who broke into a Grundy County business twice has been arrested.
Daniel N. McNelly, 50, was arrested Wednesday on two Grundy County arrest warrants for the burglaries that occurred last October and November.
Rick Penning, Grundy County Sheriff, said the name of the business McNelly broke into has not been released because it has been burglarized on more than one occasion.
McNelly is charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony and is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail in lieu of bond. The bond on the warrants is $12,000 on each count.
