Zachary McDivitt, 1004 May St., made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault with strangulation without injury charge and two counts of a child endangerment without injury charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 21. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Dedrick M. Fisher, 406 Plaza Heights Road Apt. #2, made an initial appearance on a trespass charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 15 in Magistrate Court. Fisher was released on his own recognizance.

Tanya Louise Bradbury, of Montour, made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 31. Bradbury was released on her own recognizance.

David Mikel Robbins, 304 1/2 W. State St., made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a improper rear lamp charge and a no insurance charge. The no insurance charge was dismissed with court costs of $60 assessed when proof of insurance was provided. Robbins pleaded not guilty to the driving under suspension and improper rear lamp charges. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 15 in Magistrate Court.

Laura Bragg, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge and a forgery charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 31. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

Rocio Ramos Ronquillo, 210 N. 13th Ave., made an initial appearance on a operation without registration charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 15 in Magistrate Court.

Heather Lee Nicole Walsingham, 412 N. Eighth Ave., made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. The court appointed Aaron Vaughn as counsel. The trial is set for 9 a.m. on March 21. Walsingham was released on her own recognizance. A new no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Phyllis Jean Kroener, 908 E. Main St. Apt. R, made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50, due within 30 days.

Karla C. Arcos Sesena, 604 Jerome St. Apt. #1, made an initial appearance on a violation of school attendance regulations charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195, due within 30 days.

Shanna Danyel O’Clair, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registration charge. She pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension and no insurance charges the fines were $250 each with $87.50 surcharge on each and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 per charge. The fine on the operation without registration charge was $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
