Agnes Podhajsky, 96

TOLEDO – Agnes Marie Podhajsky, 96, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Carrington Place of Toledo under the care of Hospice Compassus. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama with Father Michael Mescher as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in rural Toledo. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home where there will be a Vigil Service at 8 PM followed by a Rosary.

Survivors include four children, Dorothy Chrudimsky of Austin, TX, Lee (Dea) Podhajsky of Apache Junction, AZ, Ron (Lisa) Podhajsky of Boulder, CO, and Jean (Michael) Woodson of Maple Grove, MN; six grandchildren, Connie (Kerry) Lowis, David (Solin) Chrudimsky, Kathy (Darrell) Harger, Cheryl Podhajsky, Rachel Negen and Heather (Goeff) Erwin; eleven great-grandchildren; three siblings, Milo (Irene) Dvorak of Traer, Bernard (Mary) Dvorak of Cedar Rapids and Mary Ann (Jim) Mathews of Pueblo, CO; and a sister-in-law, Pauline Dvorak of Cedar Rapids.

Memorials may be directed to the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama.
