Samantha Hughes and Rachel Blagg will both be key returners to the 2014-15 Marshalltown girls’ basketball team. And they will bring with them all-conference honors after the Central Iowa Conference Northern Division coaches picked the Bobcat duo for the second team.
Marshalltown senior Amanda Hughes also was an honorable mention selection.

Blagg was third in scoring at 5.7 points per game and her 6.3 rebounds per game led the Bobcats.
Blagg also tied Amanda Hughes with 22 steals, which was good for second on the squad.
Amanda Hughes finished second to her younger sister in scoring at 7.7 points per game but also grabbed nearly three rebounds per game and led the team in assists.
MHS went 0-6 in conference play this past season.
