Bart Marion Ingebritson, address unknown, made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge, an operation without registration charge and a no insurance charge. He pleaded guilty to all charges. On the two driving under suspension and the no insurance charges the fines were $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each charge. The fine on the operation without registration is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning April 22 until the debts are paid in full.

Elizabeth Tellez, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a driving while barred-habitual offender charge and a no driver’s license charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 14.

Austin Lowell, 406 Plaza Heights Road Apt. #2, made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule I controlled substance charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 14. Lowell was released on his own recognizance with the only condition being that he obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days of today’s date.

Mario Murillo, 212 N. Center St., made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule I controlled substance charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 14. Murillo was released on his own recognizance with the condition he obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days of today’s date.

Raymundo Flores, 1118 May St., made an appearance and changed his not guilty plea to guilty on a driving under suspension charge. The fine is set at $250 with a $87.50 surcharge imposed and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days of today’s date.

Lucas R. Hulin, of Conrad, made an initial appearance on a possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 14. Hulin was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours.

Yolanda J. Ramos Serrano, 508 E. Church St. Apt. #3, made an initial appearance on a serious assault charge and a going armed with intent charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 14. Ramos Serrano was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours. A no-contact order is issued for the protected party.

Lance Eugene Gibson, 109 N. Third St. Apt. #2, made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 29 in Magistrate Court.

Curtiss Gerald Fogt, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $10 DARE surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $282.75, due within 30 days of today’s date.
