Tuguor appeared yesterday at the adult probation office after the warrant had been issued. The public defender’s office is handling his case. His next court date is a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m. on April 30. The court ordered Tuguor to continue his release with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and to appear at the adult probation office before 4 p.m. today to inform them that he is still on pre-trial release.
