Mason Burdette Thomasson, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge, a tax stamp violation charge, a possession of Schedule I controlled substance charge, a prohibited acts charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 8. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Tiffany Marie Floyd, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a prohibited acts charge, a possession of marijuana charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 18. Floyd was released on her own recognizance. The court ordered her to complete a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results within 60 days of today’s date.

Anthony Wayne Frederick, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a guilty plea hearing. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. A scheduling hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Aug. 8 to reschedule the plea hearing. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

Emmanuel Efrain Rivera, 408 W. High St., made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a public intoxication charge, a speeding charge, a not having a valid driver’s license charge and a following too closely charge. He pleaded guilty to all but the public intoxication charge. On the public intoxication Rivera pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Magistrate Court. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. On the speeding charge the fine is $40 with a $14 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $114. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330. On the following too closely charge the fine is $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195. All payments are due within 30 days of today’s date.

Lance Mandell Walker, 408 W. Nevada St., made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 18. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. The court ordered a substance abuse evaluation with the results submitted within 60 days of today’s date.

Dwayne Eugene Honbarger, 103 W. Church St. Apt. #4, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days of today’s date.

Kwand Aysaan Woods, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registration charge. He pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension and no insurance charges the fines are $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the operation without registration is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

John Robert Witt, 10 S. Seventh St., made an initial appearance on a public urination charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

Stephanie Roeder, of Toledo, made an initial appearance on a warrant charging her with theft-fifth degree. She pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 with a $35 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $320 plus extra for the servicing of the warrant, due within 30 days.

Yeraldin Sanchez, 103 N. Ninth Ave., made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 12 in Magistrate Court.

Tyler Reisinger, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for sentencing. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled as the court docket permits. Reisinger will continue on pre-trial release.

Jessica Hinders, of State Center, made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental harm charge. The public defender’s office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 8. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
